Answer: Those who cannot go on pilgrimage due to reasons such as old age or permanent illness, send a representative. In this way, they will be freed from debt and will receive the reward of Hajj.
What should a person who could not go on a pilgrimage while still alive and could not send a representative do?

Is the obligation of Hajj impulsive? Or is it long term?
Answer: According to the authentic narration from Imam-i Yusuf and Imam-i Azam, the obligation of hajj is impulsive. In other words, when pilgrimage becomes obligatory for him, he must go there at the first opportunity. Postponing it will result in liability. According to Imam-i Muhammad, it is not necessary to perform the Hajj immediately. If he fulfills it in the following years, he will not be held responsible. (İrşadüs-Sârî, p:17)
Before my father died, he asked us to perform Hajj in his name. What do we need to do?
Answer: If one third of the inheritance left by your father is sufficient to fulfill his will, it is obligatory to fulfill this will. If he did not leave such an inheritance, it is up to the heirs to carry out this will. Heirs can fulfill the will with their own money if they wish.
My father died before going on pilgrimage. He did not make a will for the Hajj. Will my father get out of debt if I go to his place?
Answer: Yes, he will be saved. Just like your father gets rid of his debt when you pay his money debt.
If I take a poor relative (for example, my wife/daughter) with me to Umrah, will Hajj become obligatory for her because she has seen the Kaaba?
Answer: No, it is not obligatory under today's conditions. Because it is not possible to wait there until the time of pilgrimage. (İrşadüs-Sârî, p:300)
As soon as Hajj became obligatory for me, I signed up for Hajj. If I die before the Hajj draw starts, will I be in debt?

Answer: It would be more appropriate for the person who recites the prayers for all kinds of gifts and hatims to do it personally. Of course, it is also possible to refer it to teachers.
How can the hatims we read be forgiven?

How to Perform Hajj
Answer: Hajj Temettu': 1- By setting out with the sincere intention only for the sake of Allah, one enters into the 'Ihrim' for the miqat. (If going directly to Mecca, you put on ihram at the airport.) 2- When you arrive at the Kaaba, perform the Umrah of Hajj and take off ihram. 3- Supererogatory worships such as prayer, supplication, tawaf and umrah continue until the day of Terviye (8th day of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah). 4-Early on the day of Terviye, one performs ablution in Mecca-i Mukarreme (hotel) and enters the Ihram of Hajj. If it is not possible to go to Mina, we will move to Arafat. It is sunnah to stay in Mina on the day of Terviye and perform 5 daily prayers. 5- On the morning of Arafa, we depart from Mina to Arafat. That day, you will stay in Arafat until the sun sets. After the noon and afternoon prayers are performed together at noon, the foundation prayer is made. That day, prayers and supplications with tears continue until the evening. 6-On the day of Arafa, at sunset, we depart for Muzdalifah. That night is spent in Muzdalifah. As soon as you arrive in Muzdalifah, you perform the Maghrib and Isha prayers together, perform the foundation prayer after the morning prayer, and set off for Mina before sunrise. 7-2 stones are thrown at the great devil in Mina. From there, return to the tent or hotel. 8-The sacrifice is expected. (You cannot leave the ihram until the sacrifice is made.) 9-When the news that the sacrifice has been made is received, the ihram is shaved and the ihram is taken off. 10- Within three days of the Eid, one should go to the Kaaba and perform the obligatory tawaf (Tawaf of Ifaza). 11- On the 2nd and 3rd days of the Eid, they go to Mina and throw 7 stones at 3 devils. 12-After performing the farewell tawaf, you return to your hometown.
What does a person who has to pass the Miqat without ihram for various reasons do?
Answer: One intends to wear ihram before passing the miqat. He recites talbiyah, thus he actually enters ihram. He passes the miqat wearing the clothes he is wearing. At the first opportunity, he takes off his clothes and puts on the ihram. If the civilian dress is left on for a day or a night, a sacrifice is made as punishment; if it is less than that, giving alms is sufficient.
Can a person who goes to Saudi Arabia for business purposes without the intention of Hajj or Umrah pass the Miqat without ihram?
Answer: If this person is going to Mecca (with the intention of paying homage to the House of Allah), he enters the ihram at the miqat, performs his Umrah first, and then goes about his business. Otherwise, he must sacrifice a sacrifice as punishment. If he is going to another city other than Mecca (for example, Jeddah or Medina Münevvere), he does not need to wear ihram. When he finishes his work at the destination, if he wishes, he can go to Mecca and perform Umrah, no penalty is required. (In the Shafi'i sect, a person who goes to Mecca for business purposes without the intention of hajj or umrah can pass the miqat without ihram.
Can a person who leaves Mecca and goes to another city return to Mecca without ihram?
Answer: A person who goes to a city in the Hil region (for example, Jeddah) can return to Mecca without ihram. However, those who go to a place outside the miqat border (for example, Taif or Medina-i Münevvere) cannot pass the miqat without ihram. Otherwise, sacrificial punishment is required.
What should be done for a person who forgets his underwear when entering Ihram or has to cover his head or feet to protect himself from cold or heat?
Answer: If these remain more than the amount for one day or one night, it is necessary to sacrifice. If he stays for a few hours, alms will be enough.
What should a person in ihram do if he becomes ill?
Answer: He doesn't need anything. He takes bath and continues his duties.
Should we perform Tawaf or Umrah whenever we have the opportunity during our stay in Mecca?
Answer: It has been deemed more virtuous to continue tawaf. It has been said: 7 tawafs are like one Umrah; 3 Umrah is like a voluntary pilgrimage. (Reddül-Muhtar Vol.2 p: 502; İrşadüs-Sâri, p: 128, 308)
When is it not permissible to perform voluntary Umrah?
Answer: It is not permissible to perform Umrah on the Arafa day of Eid al-Adha and the first four days of Eid.
Can I continue the 2nd Umrah without taking off the ihram?
Answer: No, it cannot be done. It is necessary to get out of ihram for the first Umrah and put back into ihram for the 2nd Umrah.
How to perform Umrah?

How to enter Ihram?
Answer: - Ablution is performed with the intention of ihram. What are the ihram prohibitions?
Answer: No one in ihram can quarrel, quarrel or argue. – He must keep his distance from his wife and avoid inviting movements. He must have good control of his hands, tongue and eyes. – One should be very careful not to expose their private parts (between the kneecap and below the navel for men). – Men cannot wear anything sewn. He cannot cover his head and face. Ladies cover everything except their face. – Slippers should be in a way that does not cover the heels and the middle bone on the foot.
– A person in ihram cannot apply perfume to his body or ihram. He cannot wash his hands with scented soap or shampoo. – It is makruh to tie the ends of the ihram together or fasten them with a pin. – People in ihram should recite talbiyah out loud, if possible, at every opportunity.
Can people in ihram use naturally scented soap?
Answer: The natural smell of soap and other items does not harm them. Because the basic idea of ihram prohibitions is to prevent the feeling of pleasure and beauty. Because ihram represents the shroud.
Is it permissible to use olive oil or sesame oil while wearing ihram?
Answer: If lubricating with these oils is to soften and beautify the body, it requires punishment. However, it is permissible to eat these oils or apply them to painful areas for therapeutic purposes. (Hasan ŞAHİN P. 730-731: İrşadüsssari 208 et seq.)
Can a person in ihram apply powder or cream to his wounds, foot cracks or rash areas?

What is not prohibited for those in ihram?
Answer: It is permissible to use an umbrella (without touching your head). It is permissible to wear a watch, a ring, a money belt and a shoulder bag, to use a toothbrush without paste, to take medicine, to have injections, to wash and to change ihram. If he gets cold, he can put a cardigan, coat or blanket over his shoulders without putting it on his arms.
When and how to exit ihram?

How to shave?
Answer: Men cut off at least one fingertip of their entire hair. How to perform Tawaf according to Sunnah?
Answer: First, the intention is made for circumambulation by making heart preparations. After that, we come to the Hacer'ul Esad line, remember our covenant in Elestü bezm, and invade. During Umrah tawafs, Izdiba (opening the right arm) and ramel are performed. (Izdiba is performed only in the first three shawts). Hands are released to the sides, there is no rush, no talking. How and where is the tawaf prayer performed?
Answer: Tawaf Prayer is not performed during the times of kerahat (at sunrise, at zawal time, after the afternoon prayer until the Maghrib prayer). Is it possible to perform several tawafs in a row without taking a break and perform them at the end of the prayers?
Answer: It would be makruh. He must perform the prayer of every tawaf without interruption. However, if it is time for abstinence, the tawaf should be performed one after the other and then the prayers should be performed separately.
To whom and how should the rewards of my supererogatory acts of worship such as hatim, alms, tawaf and umrah be donated?
Answer: It would be more appropriate to donate the rewards of all kinds of worship to ourselves, our relatives and even the entire Ummah of Muhammad. However, if you want to donate it specifically to someone we love, it is also permissible.
I want to perform Tawaf or Umrah for my mother or my wife. How should I do?
Answer: When starting tawaf, it is said that I made the intention of tawaf to donate the reward to such and such a person. In Umrah, the same intention is made when entering Ihram. (It is best to repeat the intentions when starting tawafa and sa'ah.) When Umrah is over, a 2-rakat prayer of gratitude is performed and prayers are prayed for the forgiveness of oneself and that person.
How to make Sa'y?
Answer: After completing the tawaf and tawaf prayer, the tawaf prayer is performed immediately by closing the arm, drinking plenty of zamzam, and moving to Safa without a break. It is occupied at the last point where the Kaaba can be seen. Turning towards the Kaaba on the hill of Safa, hands are raised and a short prayer is made by reciting takbir, tehlil and salawat. Known prayers are recited and 7 rounds, 4 going and 3 coming, are completed. It cannot be run just like circumambulation. However, you can walk as fast as running under green lights. There is no rush, no one is tormented. One should stay away from non-mahram people. Prayers and dhikr are not allowed out loud. Every time one reaches the Safa and Marwa hills, one turns to the Kaaba and recites Takbir, tehlil salavat and prayer. If the ablution is broken during Sa'y, nothing is needed. If the ablution is repeated, it can be continued from where it left off. It is recommended to return to the masjid after Sa' and perform the 2-rakat prayer of thanksgiving. When Sa'y is finished, shave without interruption. By shaving one ends one's ihram.
Is it necessary to sacrifice a sacrifice other than the Hajj sacrifice?
Answer: The sacrifice of uzhiyya falls in the same way as the Eid prayer in Hajj. However, according to the narration from Allama Şürrünbilali, resident pilgrims are required to sacrifice uzhiyye. She should wear a thin scarf or bonnet under her headscarf, and instead of a flashy scarf, she should wear a large white, non-slip cover on her head. One should avoid being non-mahram in the cafeteria, shuttles and elevators, avoid entering very crowded places, and perform prayers and worship in women's areas. Our mother, Aisha Sıddıka, says: We, the ladies, went out for circumambulation in clothes that would not reveal ourselves. We would never interfere with men. (Bukhari Commentary Aynî: vol.9 p: 262) Here, there is the possibility of returning clean by having one's sins forgiven, and there is also being immersed in sins up to our necks. Therefore, women should perform their tawaf outside in secluded times, without being in the crowd, and in crowded times, especially on days close to Eid, perform prayer and dhikr instead of tawaf. They should spend their time by praying for forgiveness and reading the Quran. (Those who cannot read the Quran will gain great reward if they can read 1000 surahs of Ihlas a day.)
What is prohibited for women in their private situations?
Answer: It is forbidden for women to enter the mosque in their private situations, to pray, to perform circumambulation, to hold and read the Quran. They can perform all the remaining duties. Arafat and Muzdalifah foundations, such as sacrifice and shaving. Menstruating women wait to be cleaned for Tawaf. If they have to return to their hometown without being cleaned, they must take a ghusl as if they were clean, go to the Kaaba, do the circumambulation and sa'yin, cut their hair and come out of ihram, but the sacrifice of sacrifice is required. Why is Arafat important?
Answer: Arafat is a magnificent example of the apocalypse on earth. The equal state of everyone in the shroud-like ihram, the sweltering heat, the apocalyptic crowd that cannot be seen anywhere else in the world, and millions of people bending their necks in the presence of the one God and pleading with tears is a magnificent sight that resembles the apocalypse. Arafat is a lofty place where the saints meet, where ones, threes, sevens and forties come together, where Hızır and İlyas hold hands. Arafat is a magnificent place where our ancestor Adam and our mother Eve were forgiven and our beloved Prophet gave an account of his 23-year life to Almighty Allah in front of 124 thousand companions. The day of Arafa is a very magnificent and sacred day both in terms of time and place. Every minute and every second of the day is very precious. One should know the value of that day and make use of every second of it.... The dhikr, rosary, forgiveness, and especially the prayers with tears that will be made on that day are worth the world.
What are the duties to be done in Muzdalifah?
Answer: You go down to Muzdalifah from Arafat in the evening of Arafat. That night, after performing the evening and isha prayers together, they rest for a while. They wake up early and engage in worship such as tasbih prayer, dhikr and istighfar. Chickpea-sized stones are collected to be thrown at the devil. The morning prayer is performed in the first hour, followed by the foundation prayer. Before sunrise, they set out for Mina to stone the devil.
How to stone the devil?
Answer: After sunrise on the first day of Eid, 7 stones are thrown at the great devil until noon. It will not be thrown to others that day. On the 2nd and 3rd days, 21 stones, 7 each, are thrown at first the small, then the middle, and then the big devil, respectively. While throwing stones: Say Bismillahi Allahu Akbar. How to perform farewell tawaf?

After the farewell tawaf, two rakats of prayer are performed. Drink Zamzam and, if possible, go to the mültezem and pray with tears. Answer: While taking a step towards doing something, we should remember the promise we made to God and avoid behavior that does not suit us. We must avoid lies and hypocrisy, especially Haram food. We must be an example to everyone with our good morals, tolerance, humility and generosity. What we have learned here should not remain here, our greatest desire should be to serve Islam, we should go to places where services are available and provide all kinds of support. We must have our hands, eyes and tongue and be worthy of the qualification of Hajj al-Haremeyn.
